Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are and Scope

Alienwater Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, develops and operates ATLAS PI. In this policy, “ATLAS PI,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Alienwater Technologies LLC.

This policy applies to the ATLAS PI iOS application, atlas-pi.app and its public pages, early-access registration, and communications with [email protected].

2. Information We Process

2.1 Account, Profile, and Coaching Information

We process account identifiers, email address, authentication provider and verification state; profile details such as name, nickname, country, team, organization, sport, stance, division, record, and physical profile information you provide; Athlete or Coach roles; coaching relationships, invitations, permissions, assignments, and feedback.

2.2 Training, Recovery, Weight, Nutrition, and Performance Information

Depending on the features you use, we process camp schedules and goals; Training plans, sessions, execution results, duration, effort, load, notes, and Calendar link identifiers; Corner Talk responses and readiness-related inputs; Recovery sessions and responses; weight, hydration, body-composition, nutrition, food, meal, and Meal Scan-derived information; limitations and protection settings; and derived performance, Weight, Recovery, Training, and camp interpretations.

Information that you enter directly into ATLAS PI may be stored in the ATLAS PI backend. A limited group of protection settings and Apple Health information is handled only on your device as described below.

2.3 Camps, Opponents, Intelligence, Journals, and Reports

We process camp chronology, availability, plan versions and approvals, opponent and ruleset context, tactical observations and decisions, Fight Intelligence, Camp Intelligence assessments, journal entries, Coach Notes, evidence history, and report selections. When you create a report, ATLAS PI generates it for your request; sharing the report outside ATLAS PI is controlled by you and the destination you choose.

2.4 Photos, Speech, Calendar, and Notifications

• Meal Scan: a selected meal image is processed to identify possible foods and nutrition information. The image is not added to your durable ATLAS PI record; accepted results are saved only after your review.
• Speech: microphone and speech-recognition access is used only when you invoke a supported voice interaction. ATLAS PI does not create or store an audio recording.
• Calendar: with permission, ATLAS PI can create, find, update, or remove ATLAS-selected events in Apple Calendar. Calendar synchronization follows the Training record and is not a separate Training authority.
• Notifications: if you grant permission, Apple and Firebase may process device registration information needed to deliver notifications. You can change notification permission in iOS Settings.

2.5 Subscription and Purchase Information

Apple handles App Store billing. ATLAS PI receives and retains limited verified subscription evidence needed to confirm Premium access, account ownership, product and subscription status, paid-through dates, renewal, refund, revocation, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and legal or accounting obligations. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

2.6 Product Interaction, Growth Measurement, Diagnostics, and Security

We process limited interaction occurrences, app environment and release information, performance and crash diagnostics, security events, and operational logs to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve ATLAS PI. Approved growth measurement records that an event occurred, such as completion of a first governed Training result; it does not include the underlying health, readiness, Weight, notes, opponent, or intelligence content.

2.7 Website, Early Access, and Support

The website may process an early-access email address, consent version and time, signup source and path, communication preference, and unsubscribe status. Cloudflare may process IP address, browser, device, request, security, and performance information to deliver and protect the site. Support email may include the information you choose to send us. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or unnecessary health information.

2.8 Partnership and Collaboration Proposals

If you submit a gym or creator collaboration proposal, we process the contact, organization, combat-sports, audience, platform, reach, commercial-expectation, proposal, representative-content-link, referral-source, and acknowledgement information you provide. We use this information to evaluate fit, relevance, credibility, potential impact, conflicts, and follow-up. A proposal does not create an ATLAS PI account or guarantee a partnership, sponsorship, compensation, or response.

Proposal information is stored in private Cloudflare-hosted website infrastructure and is not published through the website. ATLAS PI does not store the Turnstile token or the applicant’s IP address in the proposal record. Cloudflare may independently process limited network and security information to protect and deliver the form.

3. Apple Health and HealthKit

With your permission, the app may read resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (SDNN), body mass, active energy, sleep analysis, and limited recent-workout information. ATLAS PI does not write data to Apple Health.

A minimized recent snapshot may be stored in encrypted application storage on your device to support the experience. Disconnecting Apple Health clears the ATLAS PI device cache. You can review or revoke access at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Revocation stops future reads but does not delete information you separately entered into ATLAS PI.

We do not sell Apple Health data, use it for advertising or marketing, or disclose it to third parties except when you expressly direct a health- or fitness-related disclosure permitted by Apple and applicable law. ATLAS PI currently makes no such server-side disclosure.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide authentication, Premium access, roles, profiles, coaching, Training, Recovery, Weight, nutrition, camp, intelligence, analytics, reports, Calendar, and support features;
• Personalize and explain governed ATLAS PI plans, projections, assessments, and recommendations;
• Verify purchases, restore access, prevent account conflicts, and administer subscriptions;
• Maintain security, detect abuse, diagnose failures, and protect users and the service;
• Measure approved product events and improve reliability and experience without placing sensitive athlete evidence into growth analytics;
• Respond to support, privacy, account, and legal requests;
• Evaluate and respond to partnership and collaboration proposals; and
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and establish or defend legal rights.

We do not use ATLAS PI information to make medical, insurance, employment, credit, or other legally significant decisions about you.

5. Model-Assisted Processing

Meal Scan, Camp Architect, and Fight Intelligence may send minimized information needed for the requested feature to Google Cloud model services. Meal Scan may process the selected image; Camp Architect may process relevant camp, schedule, readiness, limitation, Weight, and planning context; Fight Intelligence may process opponent, ruleset, and tactical context. ATLAS PI does not send your Firebase identifier as model input.

Model-assisted output may be inaccurate and is subject to product validation and your review. It is not a medical diagnosis or a substitute for qualified professional judgment. ATLAS PI does not use “AI” as customer-facing product taxonomy.

6. Service Providers and Disclosures

We use service providers acting for ATLAS PI, including Apple for platform, HealthKit, Calendar, authentication, and StoreKit services; Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, messaging, hosting, model processing, analytics, and diagnostics; Neon for managed database infrastructure; Resend for transactional email; Cloudflare for website hosting, security, serverless functions, waitlist storage, and private collaboration-proposal storage; and food-data services such as USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts for normalized food lookup when needed.

Providers may process and retain limited information as needed to deliver and secure their services under their contracts and policies. We minimize the information sent and configure available logging and retention controls for the ATLAS PI purpose.

We may also disclose information:

• To a Coach or Athlete according to the relationship and permissions you establish;
• At your direction, such as sharing a report or Calendar event;
• When reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate abuse, or secure the service; and
• As part of a merger, financing, acquisition, restructuring, or sale, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use cross-app tracking or behavioral advertising in ATLAS PI.

7. Retention and Deletion

Core account and product records are generally retained while your account is active so ATLAS PI can preserve your history and provide the service. Temporary Meal Scan image material is removed after processing on a best-effort basis; accepted nutrition results may remain in your record. Operational cloud logs are generally retained for about 30 days, and crash diagnostics for up to about 90 days. If activated for production, approved growth-measurement events are retained for up to 365 days unless deletion or a shorter legal requirement applies.

You can request deletion in Account & Security → Delete account or contact support. Account deletion removes account-linked athlete and coaching product data under the deletion process and clears ATLAS PI-managed device data. A pseudonymous deletion receipt may be kept for 30 days to complete and prove the deletion workflow.

Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel it separately through Apple. Limited Apple commerce evidence may be minimized and pseudonymized after deletion and retained only as needed for subscription ownership, refund, revocation, fraud prevention, reconciliation, accounting, or legal obligations. Short-lived disaster-recovery backups may retain deleted records until the backup ages out under the recovery schedule.

After an email unsubscribe, we may retain limited suppression information to continue honoring the request.

Collaboration proposals are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to evaluate, administer, document, or follow up on the proposal and to meet security, dispute, or legal obligations. You may request deletion of proposal information through the privacy contact below, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

8. Your Choices and Controls

• Use Guest Free Tools without creating an account;
• Review and change Apple Health, Calendar, camera, photos, microphone, speech, and notification permissions in iOS Settings;
• Control Coach relationships and permissioned sharing inside ATLAS PI;
• Correct supported profile and product information in the app or through Support;
• Restore or manage App Store subscriptions through Apple;
• Unsubscribe from optional marketing communications; and
• Request access, correction, deletion, or other applicable privacy rights by contacting us.

Rights vary by location. We may need to verify your request and may retain limited information when required or permitted by law.

9. Security and International Processing

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including authenticated access, role and permission boundaries, encrypted transport, protected device storage, server-side entitlement verification, and minimized diagnostics. No system is completely secure.

Information may be processed in the United States and in locations where contracted service providers operate. We honor applicable privacy rights and use required contractual or legal mechanisms for international processing where relevant law requires them.

10. Age Eligibility

ATLAS PI account creation and Premium use are available only to adults age 18 or older. ATLAS PI is not directed to children or minors, and the launch service does not provide youth or guardian-managed accounts.

If you believe a person under 18 has established an account or provided personal information through the account service, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Standalone Free Tools may be used without creating an account, but ATLAS PI remains an adult-directed training and performance service.

11. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy as ATLAS PI, applicable law, or our providers change. We will post the updated effective date and provide additional notice when required.
