Get help with the ATLAS PI mobile app, your account, Premium access, Apple subscriptions, privacy, or a technical problem.
Account and Access
ATLAS PI account creation and Premium use are for adults age 18 or older. Get help with eligibility, signing in, verifying your email, switching Athlete or Coach roles, or resolving account access.
Contact account support →Premium and Restore Purchases
If Apple completed a purchase but Premium is not confirmed, use Restore Purchases with the same ATLAS PI account, then contact us if access remains unresolved.
Get Premium support →Manage Billing or Renewal
Apple manages App Store billing, renewal, plan changes, cancellation, and refund requests. ATLAS PI cannot cancel or refund an Apple transaction directly.
Manage App Store subscriptions →Account Deletion and Privacy
Delete your account in Account & Security or ask about access, correction, deletion, or another applicable privacy right. Deleting ATLAS PI does not cancel Apple billing.
Submit a privacy request →Training or App Problem
Report a problem with Training, Recovery, Weight, Camp Architect, Fight Intelligence, Camp Intelligence, Calendar, or another app surface. Include the app version and what you expected, but no passwords or unnecessary health details.
Report a technical problem →Security Concern
Report suspected unauthorized access or a security issue. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive evidence.
Report a security concern →Apple Purchase Guidance
- Restore: open the ATLAS PI Premium offer and select Restore Purchases while signed into the ATLAS PI account associated with the purchase.
- Manage or cancel: use Apple’s subscription management.
- Billing or refund: use Apple billing support.
- Access still missing: email Support. We can investigate ATLAS PI verification without asking for your Apple password or payment-card number.
