Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Operator

These Terms are an agreement between you and Alienwater Technologies LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and the developer and operator of ATLAS PI. By accessing or using ATLAS PI, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an ATLAS PI account or use Premium. ATLAS PI is not directed to children or minors, and the launch service does not provide youth or guardian-managed accounts.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, activities under your account, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Athlete and Coach roles and relationships are governed separately from Premium subscription status.

3. The ATLAS PI Service

ATLAS PI provides tools for athletic organization, Training, Recovery, Weight and nutrition context, camp planning, performance review, coaching collaboration, and opponent and camp intelligence. Available features depend on device, permissions, account, role, subscription, location, and service availability.

3.1 Guest Free Tools

Standalone Fight Lab and other identified Free Tools may be used without an account. Free Tools are a legitimate isolated experience and do not include the connected Premium application.

3.2 Premium

ATLAS PI Premium connects the governed athlete or Coach experience. Monthly and Annual subscriptions provide the same Premium capability. Annual may be presented as the preferred option because the service is designed to preserve useful context over time; it is not a higher entitlement tier.

4. Apple App Store Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are billed by Apple to your App Store account. The purchase screen displays the subscription title, duration, localized price, and any introductory terms for which Apple determines you are eligible.

• Monthly: renews each month at the regular localized price shown by Apple. An eligible new subscriber may receive the paid first-month introductory price shown at purchase, followed by the regular Monthly price.
• Annual: renews each year at the localized Annual price shown by Apple.

ATLAS PI currently offers no free trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Apple at least as required by Apple before the current paid period ends. Apple charges the renewal to the App Store account and controls billing, payment recovery, cancellation, and refund requests.

You can use Restore Purchases in ATLAS PI to reconcile a subscription with the same ATLAS PI account, or use Manage App Store subscriptions to view, change, or cancel through Apple. Cancellation turns off future auto-renewal; Premium remains available through an authoritative paid-through date. When paid access expires, the App Store entitlement ends unless another valid entitlement source remains.

Deleting your ATLAS PI account does not cancel Apple billing. Cancel separately through Apple before deleting the account if you do not want the subscription to renew. A purchase changes Premium access only; it never assigns or changes an Athlete or Coach role.

5. Training, Health, and Performance Limitations

ATLAS PI provides training, performance, recovery, nutrition and weight-management, and model-assisted informational guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, provide emergency care, provide professional clearance, or replace qualified medical care. Combat sports, Training, Recovery, Weight management, nutrition changes, and related activities carry risk. Consult qualified professionals and follow medical, coaching, facility, and competition requirements appropriate to you.

Readiness, Weight, Training load, Recovery, Fight Intelligence, Camp Intelligence, Camp Architect, and other outputs depend on available evidence and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are not guarantees of safety, health, make-weight success, or performance. See the Training and Health Disclaimer.

6. Model-Assisted and Automated Output

Some features use model-assisted or automated processing to organize information or produce plans, suggestions, summaries, and interpretations. Model-assisted conclusions are evidence-dependent and may be incomplete or inaccurate. They must be reviewed using your own judgment and relevant professional guidance. Do not treat output as medical, legal, or other licensed professional advice.

7. Your Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of information and content you provide. You grant Alienwater Technologies LLC a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, format, and share that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to follow your selections and permissions. You represent that you have the right to provide the content and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

Coach access and athlete collaboration are governed by role, relationship, and permission controls. You remain responsible for deciding what to share and for using another person’s information lawfully.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse ATLAS PI, including by accessing another account without authorization; evading security, quotas, or entitlement controls; introducing malicious code; scraping or harvesting protected data; impersonating a person or ATLAS PI; submitting unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content; using the service to endanger another person; or interfering with service availability.

9. Intellectual Property and Feedback

ATLAS PI software, interfaces, branding, content, and documentation provided by Alienwater Technologies LLC are protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

If you voluntarily provide feedback, you permit us to use it without restriction or compensation, without transferring ownership of material we have separately agreed in writing to keep confidential.

10. Third-Party Services

ATLAS PI relies on services operated by Apple and other providers and may link to external services. Their availability, terms, billing, and privacy practices are governed by those providers. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Availability, Changes, and Termination

We may maintain, update, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, law, provider changes, product operation, or business needs. We may restrict an account for a material Terms violation, fraud, abuse, safety risk, or legal requirement. Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice.

Changes to the service do not alter an active Apple billing obligation except through Apple’s subscription system. Mandatory consumer rights and Apple’s applicable subscription processes remain available.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATLAS PI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or suitable for every athlete, Coach, or purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alienwater Technologies LLC and its personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or deprives you of mandatory consumer protections.

13. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without displacing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Alienwater Technologies LLC should attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute through [email protected], unless applicable law permits or requires another process.

These Terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights. Any future change to dispute terms will be presented as required by law and will not retroactively remove non-waivable rights.
